Vacations Cabo has been helping rental guests enjoy the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences Since 2009.  The Questions on the list below are just a summary of the questions we have been frequently asked over the years.  We really enjoy answering questions and talking about the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions, we are happy to use our experience and local area knowledge as a resource.  We very much look forward to having you visit us.
 
How far is the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences from San Jose Del Cabo International Airport?
About 35 – 40 minutes depending on traffic and current road conditions.
 
Where can I get information about activities in Los Cabos?
You can contact the 24 hour Five Star Concierge service at the resort.
 
Is there someone that I call if we have questions?
Your first contact will always be the on property 24 hour concierge if you have something that is challenging in the residence or need assistance navigating around the resort. If you have any emergency or are uncomfortable during your stay please contact the toll free number 888.301.2439 or email so your needs and questions can addressed.
 
I plan on cooking during my stay.  What do we have to bring?
Cabo San Lucas has a Super Walmart with an integrated gourmet set and full service meat / seafood department as well as a large produce department and is reasonably priced. For longer stays we have a Costco and the selection is quite good.  There are also some specialty stores that have more organic food so if you tend to want more organic I would suggest bringing what you can from the states as the selection is more minimal and much pricier.  Most residences have salt & pepper, coffee filters etc. but would suggest shopping for most everything you think you may want.
 
What are most of the thing you supply?
We supply all bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish sponge, dishwasher & laundry soap, garbage bags, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner amenities.  Beach towels are supplied at the beach club and spa and fitness center.
 
Is there air conditioning?
All residences have air conditioning.
 
Where is your concierge desk?
When you enter the property you will come to the reception area were you will see the concierge staff and bellman.  We do have staff onsite 24/7 on property in case our guests need assistance for any reason.
 
What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time begins at 3 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
 
What about parking?
The Hacienda Beach Club & Residences has an underground parking garage and elevators that go to the residences. It is especially nice in the summer time!
 
Just realized that I forgot something in the home.  Can you mail it back to me?
We are happy to mail the items back to you, the concierge can provide information on shipping and coordinate the transaction with you.
 
How do I book a residence?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by contacting the toll free 888.301.2439 number or inquire by email and you will promptly receive a call back to assist you with the booking and any questions you may have.
 
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
 
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your vacation home, rather than returning to a small hotel room.. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
 
What is provided for guest use in each home?
When comparing properties on the site you can click on the Advanced Search by residence to see what all is included. We provide sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry soap for guest use. Every home is equipped for our guests to simply walk in and make themselves at home.
 
Will we need to clean the house before we leave?
The only things we ask our guests to do before they leave are take out the garbage and leave keys visible for the guest service manager to collect on your departure day.
 
How old do you have to be to rent one of your Hacienda Beach Club & Residence’s Rentals?
You need to be 25 years or older and have a major credit card in your name to hold a reservation. We reserve the right to deny renting to anyone less than 25 years of age.
 
What is your policy regarding smoking in the units?
All of our units are NO SMOKING.
